It's a color dispersant that provides high level of glossy films as its major characteristic, along with cushiony emollience, substantivity, long lasting and lubricious skin textures. It is also useful in emulsions and can be used in processing systems of low temperatures with thermostable viscosity control. It is water repellent with clean-smooth skin feels and high affinity with skin.
