PROCEDURE
1. Mix all ingredients of phase A and heat up to 75~80°C.
2. Weight phase B and homogenize. Then heat up to 75~80°C under stirring.
3. Add phase A to phase B while stirring and homogenizing the emulsion.
4. Cool down the emulsion to 40°C under gentle stirring and add phase C.
